Here at Peppermint Park we want everyone to be satisfied with every purchase. If you purchase an item and wish to return it, simply let us know within 30 days of placing the order, make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it and ship it back to us for a full refund. That's it! Some of the more frequently asked questions regarding our return policy are listed below as well as the stuff our lawyers told us we had to include!
Q: Can I return my items?
A: Absolutely. Just let us know within 30 days of placing the order, make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it and ship it back to us for a full refund to your Peppermint Park Account on the purchase price of the item you purchased (does not include shipping and handling chargers). Members are responsible for paying shipping and handling for any returns unless Peppermint Park shipped the wrong item.
Any returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Peppermint Park Member otherwise we cannot accept the return. This means that the item can never have been worn, altered, washed and all the original tags must still be attached to the item.
Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: If you received the wrong item, just let us know that we made a mistake and send the item back to us. We will refund you for the amount of shipping you pay to send it back. As soon as we receive the item we'll ship you the correct item as soon as possible with no shipping and handling charges.

Q: I am a law student and about to graduate and I just love reading legal text. What is Peppermint Park's technical return policy?
A: All sales are final unless the customer notifies Peppermint Park in writing to the contrary within thirty (30) days of purchasing a Product, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Peppermint Park Terms and Conditions. The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the Products while any claim is being investigated by Peppermint Park. Returned Products must be received by Peppermint Park in as-new or as-shipped-by-vendor condition, including conformance to invoiced specification. Customer shall bear the cost of shipping the returned Products. The customer shall be credited within thirty (30) days of return of the Product.
